No. Rip, not this time... she was evaluated and released and told to follow a strict regimen to combat the "illness" she had. She chose to continue to make wrong choices, had fights with her mother, was arrested, took more drugs, etc.

 About her kids, however... good thing they were removed BEFORE all this.

What I find weird is mental illness is a pretty general term and any time you read anything about her all it says is "she is an addict and has a mental illness". Was she bi-polar, clinically depressed, or...?

She posted this back in 2012. Obviously, she didn't live up to that last sentence:

"I haven't had a hit in almost a decade," she wrote in January 2012 on her official fan website. "I've spent my fortune, tarnished my public view and made myself the brunt of punch line after punch line. I've been beaten, sued, robbed, arrested, jailed, and evicted. But I'm still here. With a handful of people that I know and trust, a revived determination, and both middle fingers up in the air, I'm ready. I've been here before. I'm a fighter. I'm down, but I'll never be out."

With her past I wonder who let her convince herself it was wise to have a kid recently like she did. The kids without parents is the saddest part of the whole thing.

I am not a Mindy McCready fan but screw you and your emoticons. She was underage when Roger approached her. I don't know if you have daughters but lets hope you would blame them if some massive celebrity approached them for "helping him cheat".

If death was the penalty for "making bad choices" we would all be dead (and eventually we will be :grin::cool:).

So take your judgmental b.s and take a long walk off a short peer.

If you truly think mental illness is a choice, then you have no idea what mental illness is...no one chooses to be bipolar, depressed, OCD etc...

The kids who will grow up without a parent... Now that's sad.

But let's not pretend like this isn't happening every day. I think so often celebrities get way more attention and sympathy in general than they warrant. Once again, and I'm not saying that this isn't sad, but these celebrities have a lot more access to help than normal people that have these issues, and that's sad.

Call me a dick if you want, I don't care.

That said, she had a lot of crap happen to her and I hope she's finally found some peace. Suicide sucks.

You're right, finals, Clemens should pay those kids with money for the anguish she had with their affair... at least.
You're gosh darn SKIPPY I'll blame them. They will make the choice to not allow themselves to be put into that situation. Check this out:
From Wikipedia ^. It takes TWO to tango. We already know Clemens was to blame for 1/2 of this because she was underaged. We're not discussing him in this thread, are we?

She CHOSE to die, Major. Isn't that what a suicide is?

Eddie, if she didn't have a family that had to pay for her funeral expenses and didn't leave kids behind, it would be peace.
No, her not following the evaluation diagnosis then prescription to get better was the choice. Not the "illness." So a doctor says you're sick, fine... so follow his orders. She didn't.

she was 14 when that happened. people that age are considered underage for a reason, they aren't mature enough to be held accountable.

also, being a drug addict doesn't make you any worse of a person. go ahead and be judgmental, i'm sure you're the perfect individual

She stated it lasted a decade. I will agree with you that it was Clemens to blame while she was 14 to 18, but what about after that? Can she be held accountable AFTER that, or no?
Fine, then... but... who said she was a bad person? All I asked was what was there to be sad about? She left her kids without a mom... I'm more than sure you can at least accept that's a bad thing.

You don't understand how difficult it is get them to take medication when they are an inpatient much less as an outpatient. Many mentally ill patients go through these spells where they think they are god. Patients blow off their entire savings in 1 day (manic state) and then go into depression (depressive state) [this is why its called bipolar]. Other illness can cause paranoia, hallucinations, confusions, etc... They usually aren't in the best mental frame of mind to make good decisions [i.e. take medication]. This is why mental illness is so difficult to treat because their mind tells them they are alright or the doctor is trying to kill them or some other crazy fantasy.

    She was 14 when Clements approached her . . . .
I Think I should reference this thread the next time some Female Teacher bones some little boy

While the affects are not apparent at 16 . . or even 26 . . . one never knows where it ends

    I don't know her
    but she was molested
She has evidently had a bunch of issues
    so
    R.I.P. LAdy . . .
