David Carr has been to some games and thrown autographed footballs into the stand. The sad thing about the list of stars is that half of the people listed were all here just for the Superbowl.
FYI..... The Houston metropolitan area is the 10th largest actually...including Galveston and Brazoria County The county that Houston is in(Harris County) is the 3rd largest http://geography.about.com/library/weekly/aa010102a.htm but as of 2003....we are still the 4th largest in terms of population in the city proper. http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0108527.html now that the facts are out....I have a question. Why does it matter how many "celebs" we have? I doubt there is a correlation between the number of celebrity fans a team has and the amount of wins they get. who gives a rodents posterior region how many famous ppl we have at Rockets games? seems to me someone has Lakers envy...easy way to solve that........move to LA
the "celebs" listed in this thread are all candidates for "the Surreal Life",, B-list at best everyone else listed are Houston athletes, they dont count at a houston sporting function...
I wasn't at the game, but I was watching the game on FSN and I could have sworn I saw Leah Remini (from King of Queens fame) in the background of one of the shots...
Are you sure Jeff VAN GUNDY has shown up at all the games. I could have sworn he missed a dozen or so.
yeah, but that isnt a great pic of her......she got kinda chunky recently tho, but hey.......im not that picky.... on a more serious note, That Fingers guy was at the game....
I agree a hundred percent if the rockets showed up every night maybe we could actually fill the place with fans and not celebreties and over the years I have seen Jose Lima, Roger Clemens, nelly, Warren Moon, Ludacris, Comets Players, Clyde Drexler. BTW we didnt cut Brandin Knight, Star Jones ate him so we signed Rod Strickland.
