From a guy who has played fantasy football the last five years, Travis Henry is one of the best backs and most underrated in the league. Look up his numbers, they’re inline with some of the top backs. I like Davis, but it may be his season was a fluke. So many running backs have had fluke seasons in the NFL that I would be willing to pick up a Henry if the Texans had a chance. He’s proven and Davis isn’t in his league yet.

I'm not willing to say DD's season last year was a fluke, but I really don't think the zone blocking is his style. He needs to be able to throw in a more North-South downhill style. He takes too long in the backfield shifting and dancing instead of hitting the holes as quickly as he should. Just IMO.

As for Dre...I was glad that we took him over Charles Rogers, and was glad that he fell to us. What a beastly specimen. He really can do it all.

I must admit to being highly skeptical of the Andre Johnson pick when it happened. From my point of view, he was a prospect that sort of came out of left field after he had such stellar numbers, physically, at the combine. The rumors were still abundant that he had rock hands, though, and I worried that our team was being blinded by meaningless stats and not focusing on the important aspects of him as a wide receiver.

But I was wrong. Johnson dropped a pass here and there last season, some of which would have been easy touchdowns. But even then, I didn't think it was an issue. And this season, he's blown that stigma out of the water. Dude has freaking sticky hands, and he is making some spectacular aerial catches on deep routes. I love it.

Just another reason I am glad I'm not GM of the Texans. Well, except for not being paid like one.

The thing was, I heard the hands of stone rumor as well. Still, being an expansion team, and having a vet like Corey Bradford on the team, I thought we could take a risk on a "project" guy. There were bound to be growing pains with our QB being a rookie. I'd just as soon take AJ, who had loads of that dreaded P word, potential, than DeWayne Robertson or any of the other picks on the board.

Its no contest when you compare Rogers to Andre Johnson. The Lions know they made a mistake.

It's nice to look back, and know the right decision was made...
