Will not happen though I've been wanting Kevin Love on this team since he got drafted. That said if this somehow does get pulled off I would be the giddiest person on this board. Wouldnt care who they traded on this team to get him, honestly anyone can be traded to get him IMO
Maybe have to take back Martell too since they are claiming he had an injury they didn't know about before they traded for him.
Yes. But he ain't no center. He's more along the lines of a Larry Bird type combo forward. He'd be slow at the SF spot. That's why you need an eraser at the rim. But he is a highly intelligent scorer/playmaker/passer/finisher.
Kevin Love's a good player but he is another complimentary player on a team full of them. Until we get a legit top 10 superstar, we aren't going anywhere.
A young big body that can rebound with the best of them, has a soft touch with natural scoring ability and can also pass. Who wouldn't be interested??? Love will be the Wolves franchise player for a long time. Even if they eventually get a stud pg/wing player their success will mainly be determined by Love. The best part about Love's game is that he doesn't rely much on athleticism but smarts and skill. If I were GM he'd almost be untouchable.
...Just no..... A PF who averages .4 blocks per game and shoots 39% for the year..... We went from Bosh to Scola to Love?????? No wonder we suck. We need to stop getting 1 dimensional players, in this case a rebounding PF who is no threat at shot blocking.

This. The problem is that you have to finally accept that no one on the Rockets can lead this team to a title. While I think Morey knows that, I'm not sure the rest of the front office does.
I just don't see why they do it. They would have to feel like it was really lopsided in their favor. Having said that, it would be great getting him (and Rubio, somehow).
