You have no faith and positive attitude. Probably the same guy that was hollering at me months ago about being negative about this current group making the playoffs.

Yes I would. It would be nearly a lock to sign D-Will in that case.

Monta Ellis may be the most overrated guy on this BBS. He's a short overpaid volume shooter.

It's not good when you need 22 shots to get your 25 points.

Classic big numbers on a losing team guy.

There's a reason why he may as well become fishing buddies with Tyreke Evans.

Not that simple. Orlando probably wants cap relief as much as they want talent. LA cannot, in any feasible way, provide this. The Lakers would need a third team to take bad contracts from Orlando, but that team would want something of significant value in return, which neither Orlando or LA can provide.

Top center in the league > 5th or 6th best PG in the league.

I'm sorry, you don't hold back with this. I love Kyle, but he's not a franchise-course-altering player. Dwight is. It's more than worth the risk, and I'd rather start over from scratch (worst case) than stay the 0.550 ball course.

I guess we can just sign Dwill and Howard in the summer?

You have to do it. You get the chance to bring in Howard and sell the orginization to him, it's a no brainer. Of course losing Lowry would hurt if you lose Howard, but then you probably have the chance to rebuild.

    Make this happen.

I would definitely trade Lowry to get Dwight. Hope that Dwight stays and you can sign Deron as a FA. If Dwight leaves and you can't sign Deron, you are finally forced to rebuild. Lowry and the other players on this team are too good and play too hard to be bad enough to get a good pick, but they aren't good enough to win anything significant.

Seems like a win/win to me.

i am one of kyle's biggest backers here but i would rather have dragic/howard as my starting PG and C instead of lowry/dalembert

I believe we should trade lowry for howard, but we need to retain kmart somehow. I know he's not been on his a-game lately...but a dominating inside presence along with a high percentage perimeter shooter would compliment each other beautifully.
