    OMG. A-Train, are you telling me that the Texans could have drafted Vince Young and than he went on to beat the Texans in overtime? THAT CHANGES EVERYTHING. I'm so glad you brought that to my attention. I've never seen that more than 3,000 times on this board. Thank god the BBS has noble posters like yourself.     Can we just skip this horrifically BORING baseball season and move right to training camp? GOD I hate this time of year.

    I think this will be the case despite VY. Best defensive player for Titans is gone. Titans don't have the receivers to get open.

    but good for the texans. they're building a team. can't wait to see them play.

    Its no big secret that the Titans had one of the worst offseasons in the NFL. At least on paper.

    The Texans are pretty much like a brand new football team. And in a good way. Lots of guys back from injury, lots of veterans on the offense now, lots of young talent on the defense. Its going to be a VERY interesting year.

    i could see the irony now. if the Titans start going down the sh!tter, all the VY fans will scream, "Oh, it's b/c they didn't get him any help...blah, blah, blah."

    Before VY vs Bush vs Mario vs D-Brick vs trade the pick I was all for NEVER taking a running qb as a running qb will create excitement and win games but will never win you a super bowl.

    Then I got all caught up in the VY hype and it only made it worse when Carr played the way he did and Vince showed great flashes. Now that we have been removed from this debate and clearly the Texans have better leadership and direction I can say with confidence that I would rather have Matt's arm over Vince Youngs legs because there is a proven track record of super bowl quarterbacks in the NFL.

    Just think, Steve Young is the only quarterback who was ever a run first guy who ever ended up winning a super bowl and he sure as heck became a pocket passer with the threat of running by the time he won it.
