so who is crowder going to play big SG minutes over out of wade, jr smith, korver, and shumpert? why isn't he starting at SG?
my point about him playing SG is that it was 1 option for him to be a starter on the Cavs since Crowder can and does play 2-4...well Ty Lue decided to bring Thompson off the bench to make room for Crowder instead of JR or Wade who wasn't even on the team at the time of this discussion...point is that he was going to be a starter and play big minutes, not be "lucky to get over 15" like u stated
my point was he's not good enough as a SG to play SG and that he wasn't going to start at SG and i was right. i never said he couldn't play SF or PF. he's built exactly for that.
no, your point was that he wouldn't be a starter and would be lucky to play over 15 minutes and u were clearly wrong
lol, this was like your first quote at me... "crowder not gonna play that many minutes to make a difference with lebron playing the 4, love, Tristan kardashian, and frye." so it sounds to me like u didn't think he'd be a starter... then u later said that Crowder would be lucky to play more than 15 minutes... I said that they could start him at the 2 because I didn't think that they would bench TT and have Love start at the 5...Crowder can play 2-4 which is something u seem not to realize
we both didn't think they would bench TT and have Love at the 5. i suspect that he would have played SF but Lebron doesn't want to start at PF and play a lot of minutes there. but he's still not playing SG like i said.
u said he would be lucky to play 15 minutes... u didn't think he would be a starter... I thought that he would be a starter and play big minutes... I said that they could start him at the 2 instead of JR because that seemed to be the most likely option when they didn't Wade on the roster...like I've said, u seem to not be able to realize that Crowder can play 2-4
u seem to not realize that he's not a good SG that's why he doesn't play a lot of minutes there and why lue is not playing him there. his best position is 3-4. i can put draymond at SG. it doesn't mean he'll be good there.
Is that really your argument? U do know that Boston had Avery Bradley at SG which is why Crowder didn't play there as often right? U do know that the Cavs just acquired a SG in Wade right? At the time of this discussion the Cavs projected starting lineup was Lebron at the 3, Love at the 4, and TT at the 5 which would've meant that Crowder would be the starter at the 2. Instead, they decided to bring TT off the bench. The point is that Crowder will be a starter and play big minutes. He won't be a bench player who's "lucky to play over 15 minutes" like u stated.
yeah, because they just added a SG named Dwayne Wade... Provide a link? Lol, Crowder starting at the 2 was my opinion since he's capable of playing 2-4 no matter how much u try to deny it. The same as your opinion that Crowder would be "lucky to play more than 15 minutes." Blatantly lying? Wtf are u even talking about?
When did he say anything about his lineups before training camp started? I guarantee u that he would've never said something like "Crowder would be lucky to play more than 15 minutes"
so if he never said anything about benching jr smith for crowder then obviously he's satisfied with jr smith at SG?
u seem obsessed with this SG stuff Crowder at the 2 was just an option I gave since he's capable of playing 2-4 and that seemed like the easiest way to put him in the starting lineup. The main point is that Crowder was never going to be "lucky to get more than 15 minutes."
not really. i already stopped caring about this until YOLO tagged me and you quoted me, so it seems you're the one that's obsessed with this SG stuff. obviously lue doesn't believe him enough at the 2 to even start over an old ass wade with shitty knees who can't even shoot who supposedly sucks at defense now. shows how much he believes in crowder at the 2.
i'd start crowder at the 2 over both wade and smith. i really think BOS is going to miss his presence on the court
