Bron is gone after the season so why would melo go from NY, to Clev, to wherever else when he can come to a ready made lucrative place with friends that has stability and a proven desire to do what it takes to win????? Stop thinking these athletes can't think and don't have advisors to help them think. Brand wise the rockets have China to offer(Nuff said). Team wise they have 2 future HOF, a reigning 6th man, and a great defensive supporting cast to serve as role players now. He'd only need to do what he does and get paid without STATE TAX....... I believe the Cavs are better than anyone at the moment, especially if Wade goes there. They will beat the Warriors this year. But that has nothing to do with general managers. It has to do with Lebron James deciding to play in Cleveland.

Paul + Harden + Melo could be the best team I see as a Rocket in my lifetime unless we have a superstar born in Houston in the future.

 

They still have a cap problem. Plus, CLE had an amazing asset to garner such a solid return. You act like we're the Pacers or some sh*t. And tbh, we gave up a lot less for CP3. CP3 > Kry-rie Irving.

 

Herrera, you know better than this. Needing a little validation cause newer trollers have been overshadowing you?

It's a thread to post your idea that the Celts/Cavs trade has made Carmelo less likely to want to be here, in which case it belongs in the main Carmelo thread.
