Let's hope it is MoT, not Howard.

would this work? Taylor and Lue for Battie and Mcinnis. I know we'd have to wait a couple of months for Lue to be dealt but this is a trade that could help both teams.

This clears the way for a Wagner/Battie deal IMO...

I thought Lue could only be traded by himself...

Yes, once Lue can be dealt, the trade would be able to go through...just checked on realgm.

They were interested in Piatkowski. That'd be a dream right there. I'd love to add McInnis and Battie while getting rid of Mo Taylors contract.

I'd rather get rid of Weatherspoon's contract than Mo T's. At least Mo was of use in the playoffs.

Wow. The Cavs may indeed be gearing up for another trade. Hopefully, the Rockets can get in on the action.

    Cleveland needs a PF.
    Houston needs a PG/C.

    Let's make a deal!

I'm sure we all would rather get rid of Weatherspoons contract, but the fact of the matter is you've got to give something up to get something back. I somehow doubt they're willing to give us their starting point guard and a key reserve so that they can start our 12th man (who isn't as good as Battie).

i agree, this trade doesn't make sense for them unless they plan on shipping someone out for a big man. I'd be pretty happy if the rockets were able to get in on this but i doubt Taylor and Piakowski excite them enought to pull off a deal with us. Hopefully i'm wrong
