    This tells us our road systems are broke.

    We should be like 3rd world countries. Absolutely no reason to stop at a red light when there is zero cars around

    It's just too dangerous to stop at red lights......at least that's what I'm going to tell the cop if I get pulled over in Stafford.

    These shootings have been going on for a while in the Stafford area, and it's always the same descriptiong: black SUV pulls up to a random pedestrian/stopped car, and fires shots. It sounds like some twisted serial killer, or some kind of ****ed up gang initiation.
