It is not illegal, and it is following SPCA rules....he is protecting his property, people with cats should do the same by leaving them in their own house. DD
no thanks. my neighbors are decent folks and don't have the same problems that your neighborhood has. we really have never had problems with neighbors. our last cat was 18 years old. our current cat is 13. the neighbors love all the pets on the block! not once has a concerned neighbor approached our family. i would certainly try to fix the problem if they did have an issue. and I haven't seen cat poop in years. only doggy doo doo it's great seeing the dogs and the cats on the block live alongside the neighbors without the fear of someone calling SPCA on them!
My neighborhood is full of decent folks too, at least the ones that keep their pets under their control. The rest are inconsiderate jerks ! DD

I was never banned before, but I was here long enough to see your post about the telescope fabrication story and this post when you called out a member to start a debate right after his cat died. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to spot a fraud. Actually, I don't like cat crap on my sidewalk, cat dander and hair on my outdoor furniture, cat spray in the bushes, cat dead bird body parts left over in my yard.....etc...etc..etc.. I actually have not spoken to any of my neighbors about it, nor have I ever trapped their cat, but this is the internets...a place to vent about irresponsible pet owners like yourself. So, you get the brunt of their bad behavior and irresponsible ownership. I honestly can not reconcile with people saying they don't respect their neighbors wishes, if their neighbors are asking them to keep their pet out of their yard.... How is that being unreasonable? Seriously? To me, if even ONE neighbor did not like my cat in their yard, I would respect what they say......it is THEIR YARD ! DD

It is their property, they can be a p***y, an *******, a cat trapper, bad neighbor, whatever........ The point is they have the right to their property and asking you to keep your cat off of it. That is a very reasonable stand. DD

No, seriously, I looked up your threads, and like the last 10 or so were all about music. That's cool, it is what you do, and what you are known for...... I do have free time on my hands, lots of it....that comes with success. Cats crap in my garden, and dig holes attempting to cover it up, then they dig a little place for themselves to lay in...... Yes, I do not like Cats.....but I am too nice a guy to kill em.......but that doesn't mean they don't annoy me. DD
