Cato's Raw

    I don't know why. I've always liked Cato since the days when he was still at Portland. He played behind Arvydas, and rarely will Jermaine O'Neal come in for him. Cato has this raw power. He just doesn't know how to use it effectively. But when he does, I like him more than many backup centers out there. I remember, 2 years ago, we played the lakers. We were short of roster for awhile, and have lost 9 straight. The 10th game opponent was the lakers. I remembered it was Cato who stepped in and guarded shaq. Shaq, of course, still dominated. But I clearly remember Cato power blocking shaq's FGoals. He also had one on Kobe where he came from behind another rocket defender and blocked Kobe at the ft line. We ended up beating the lakers by a huge margin. High scoring game. Since then, I've always seen Cato as a source of raw power. And for some reason, I still want to support him.
