Jordan Hill calls McHale an asset

 

Jordan Hill sounds a lot better than in his past interviews.

 

The players are using the word asset quite frequently. They are sending a message their GM.

 

Hill always had a decent offensive game, but defense is what's keeping him off the court. He could develop into the player we thought we would get in Eddie Griffin. He has the length and potential to play center...but lacks defensive awareness. Hope it clicks for him soon.

 

Hope Hill gets past all those issues with his family and focuses on basketball; it's been holding him back from thinking clearly.

looks like he hasn't gained any muscle at all since the end of the year.

He needs to hit the buffet and gym.

 

Did he say Thabeet is stronger than him?!?

 

I honestly think this guy will come around and be a heck of a player. I know a lot of guys gave up on him last year. But bigs always take longer to develop and he hasn't played basketball all that long if I remember. He has the tools (like Thabeet) but he also seems to have the heart and work ethic. I think he may have the mind given time.

I am excited to see him play next season! There should be more time for him to learn as well now that Miller is gone.

 

Our bigs are really warming up to Kevin Mchale already, Adelman was great and all but, our roster seems to have really lightened up recently.

 

Havent seen the video, but i forgot about his family issues. I guess then he deserves another opportunity to show he can bring it consistently. Would be great for the team if he could play the 5 night after night.

 

3rd year, and he looks much more confident....

Jordan Hill doesn't have half the potential that Eddie did...

 

All I ever noticed about Griffin was him taking 3 ptrs more than he should have. That absolutely infuriated me.

 

Sounds like the Rockets in general. We play great against championship contenders but lower our level of play against scrub teams.
