    Imagine some guy that works for you... we'll call him Maury... well Maury comes up to you and is like can I have a couple million bucks to give to a competing organization for a guy that has about a 25% chance of working out and about a 5% chance at becoming a top 50 player in the league... then you have to be like yeah or a bunch of people on your fan site will bicht and moan that you're cheap...

    ..tough life giving away millions but glad we've got Tilman!!!

    Oh.. but also my percentages should probably be lower.
