Excellent take on the strengths and weaknesses of Tari Eason. Watching their breakdown, you can see why scouts have some hesitancy. His turnovers and weak left hand are red flags for a player with limited shooting ability.
I really like Eason, but at the end of the day, he doesn't have to be the second pick. If the cost to move up to get him is too high, don't do it. There are other quality defensive wings or bigs they could get with that second pick who I'd be perfectly satisfied with as a consolation prize.
Of course. But Jabari is likely going to ORL so I don't see the point in wasting time talking about him when he will never be an option.
Hope teams drop him on their draft boards because he is obviously too right hand dependent and reckless. But highly doubt it. Draft this kid Stone, I'm a HUGE fan of his CHAOS defense, and offensive upside!!!! "Defending everything, everywhere, all at once, Tari Eason is pervasive, both in his event creation, transforming calculated gambles into timely scores, as well as with his potential to guard against multiple actions across multiple positions." "Per 100 possessions, Eason averaged 4.5 steals, 2.5 blocks, and shot 36 percent from three on 5.5 attempts per game."
If we can get Eason we will be set from SG to PF. Green Eason Banchero Just hope we can draft victor next year and we are a play in team.
