He's still 29 but I was thinking by the time he plays a game for us he'll be 31/32. These trades usually take time.

I will pick Young Talented Future Stars over Raw Giannis.

    No to any trade.

Giannis Antetekounmpo Clogging the Paint will hurt the Offense.

Giannis is 30, The Timeline doesn't fit and doesn't fit the offense. His game is bullying his way to the basket, like a bowling ball hitting pins.

What makes Giannis effective is a shooting center like Lopez
The fit with Sengun would be clunky
Add Amen to that lineup and spacing would be atrocious

Amen, Sengun, Gainnis on the court together would probably bait opposing defenses to get accidental 3 second violations because they will just have the urge to camp around the paint.

But ya the spacing would be really bad.

I don't want to get Giannis. Getting Giannis means trading Sengun because no gm decent at roster building would have those two as 2 of your 3 main high usage offensive guys. They occupy the same space and have the same weaknesses on offense.

So no to Giannis because it means giving up on Sengun.

If we bring Giannis, Amen is gone. We can’t play them together unless Amen learns to shoot. So Amen should be included in the trade, it would help to get it done.
Dillon, Amen, Jabari + picks for Giannis is my best offer. Then we play:

    VanVleet/Sheppard
    Jalen
    Tari/Whitmore
    Giannis
    Sengun/Adams

While playinf quite often Giannis as 5: VanVleet/Sheppard, Jalen/Whitmore/Tari/Giannis

Sadly the former MVP is another athletic body that runs and dunks with certain spin moves.

This team really needs to seek out higher IQ players who can also shoot legit 3s and not College 3s.

Giannis cannot shoot well, he has improved but not a shooter.

We just continue to be streaky shooters with droughts when nobody can hit anything.

If Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo is made available on the trade market what's to stop the Houston Rockets? from putting an offer on the table?

The Rockets have plenty of assets including this year's No. 3 pick Reed Sheppard, former No. 4 pick Amen Thompson, and a tons of first-round picks. With the exception of the Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston's front office could arguably put up the most appetizing package.

The Sporting News' Stephen Noh placed the Rockets as the ninth most likely team to land Antetokounmpo. The proposed trade details are as follows:

Bucks receive: Dillon Brooks, Reed Sheppard, Amen Thompson, four first-round picks

    Rockets receive: Giannis Antetokounmpo

"This would be an appealing package for the Bucks," Noh wrote. "They'd get picks, two very highlevel prospects and a veteran who could address their biggest hole aside from the Antetokounmpo-sized one they'd be creating."

This deal would give the Rockets starting lineup of Antetokounmpo, Fred VanVleet, Jalen Green, Jabari Smith Jr., and Alperen Sengun. Of course the Rockets would need to cut ties with at least one of Sheppard or Thompson, but keeping the top-3 pick in the 2024 Draft in Houston could be crucial to their future. Replacing Sheppard with Green in the package is a much greater outcome for the Rockets.

He's yet to find a serious opportunity to showcase his skills in the regular season, but flashed All-Star potential in the Summer League and preseason. The 20-year-old is averaging 2.5 points on 40% shooting in 8.3 minutes.

"Ninth most likely team." Definitely thread worthy.

Hey I’m just saying this could be a great opportunity to fix the rockets. Who wouldn’t want Amen and Reed? To me the rockets have a higher chance and this would set the rockets to the moon if the rockets got this player. In my eyes Jabari is just not it to me he has had opportunities and has not done it. We are 3-3 I don’t think we should tank this season again.
