Either Melo lost a ton of weight in a month or black REALLY is slimming, low-key thought I saw Trevor Ariza at first.
Could be a little of both. But black is slimming. I mean, that's why when we see pics of Harden at times he can look "fat" with baggy ill-fitted clothes and other times with better fitting black tops more fit. All of it makes a difference.

He wears padding under his uniform during games, so it makes him look fatter and makes everybody think he's chubbier than he actually is. He doesnt wear padding when he practices/works out so that's why you all think he slimmed down.
Doesn't look like he's slimmed down a whole lot. Maybe 10lbs max. I wanna see him slimmer. I know it's a half assed workout aswell but he looks like he has no twitch. Slow af. I've been high on Melo until I saw this video lol
Lala says Melo should never come off the bench among other things. I don’t agree with that stance. Side note, she seems to know her bball and was well-spoken as an analyst. Wouldn’t mind seeing her on ESPN over others.
