Ok. You are back. Lmao wonder what is like to claim to be an insider. Can you do the cryptic message stuff Doc can do?
That's not the issue. He claimed to be living in Houston but was discovered to be posting from abroad. It's right there in Clutch's message.
I had a dream we got Melo, and I don't remember my dreams ever being wrong when it comes to the rockets.
I'm sure Clutch did some semblance of due diligence here. Are you questioning Clutch? Because that's what it looks like.
Checking in from Singapore, Or am I....? Indonesia isnt too far, want to grab a quick power lunch sometime?
Melo is kinda high maintenance man. With the Knicks, as much as Phil also having an ego, one can absolutely bet that once Melo wanted Phil gone, Dolan got rid of Phil. It's risky, Melo may turn out to be good for us. But he also could burn us. I fear if things get bumpy or if team is getting wins but Harden and CP3 are getting the limelight, Melo may start politicking again. As far as playing with other superstars: Melo on team USA was a good indicator. But his past history with other 'near-stars'; it's been shaky. In Denver, he had a run with Iverson (granted later part of AI's career). George Karl was a defense minded coatch, but in Denver went offense focused to tailor to Melo and AI. They made the playoffs but didn't go far. In NY, stint with Amare (while injury ridden), didn't quite work out even at the beginning of that run. As talented as Porzingis, a budding star, it's like the Knicks had two great individual offensive players; but there wasn't that much natural synergy between the stars. Not like the synergy of a dynamic duo: Stockton/Malone or Westbrook/Durant. D'antoni had a run in NY coaching Melo. Didn't turn out so good for Pringles. If I was MDA, I'd stay as far away from Melo if not just for job security.
George Karl did take one of those Nuggets teams to the Western Conference Finals. Carmelo Anthony only led the team in win shares once (not the Western Conference Finals year)
Iverson was a bad fit, Billups allowed Melo to play his game. Stoudemire was injured the entire time outside of the last 28 games in 2011 but he and Melo played well just never had the pieces around them Porzingis and Melo had a similar issue, lacked a quality PG and Head Coach for that matter. MDA was stubborn, Melo was stubborn, naturally one had to go but they squashed their beef, seems like you're the only one still holding on to it Karl never coached defense, ask Kenyon Martin This may be the best situation Melo has ever been in. He's the 2nd/3rd best talent, best fit at the 4 spot, spread offense, 2 great guards, defensive big behind him, 3+D wing next to him. Everything he wants. Good weather and he'll make more money due to no income tax. You're too worried.
