He is a Free Agent next year. He likes the attention Lebron, Wade, Bosh are getting from the teams this year. He has a big ego and he would want to do the same next year. He will probably stay in Denver after meeting with other teams.
Doesn't affect our 2011 pick at all. And I'm not terrified of 2012 Parker and 2012 Amare. Carmelo can play for sure, but if he leaves George Karl for D'Antoni's jack em up no D system....I don't see them finishing in the top ten. Besides, NY still has to put together either the assets or cap space to bring them over. Not sure how that's happening if they're inking Amare to a deal at/above $18 per. Evan

This doesn't concern me at all. The man has a few different places around Denver. He could just be moving. THAT SAID, I do think it could be very interesting if Melo hasn't signed his extension in the next month. Until then, I'm not worried.

that's how rumors start. He could be moving into a house that's bigger. Doubt he moves out of the city until a deal is official. He might know if he's "gone" but things could change. His name could be added or removed from any deal at any minute until the paperwork is sent to the league. True with anyone.
