    Not really, Chinese is not putting their name in that order, Zhuge Liang is called Zhuge Liang, just like Yao Ming is never called Ming Yao.

    Fan literally means to turn back or to flip.

    Gu means bone.

    Zai means dude or boy.

    Fan Gu pretty much means betraying, and Zai just makes it a noun.

    I hope you're not a Chinese, cause if you are you should better.
