    no. Zhuge is family name, Liang is given name.

    There are many 2 characters family names in China. One of my childhood's mom last name is Ouyang.

    Well if we go by Romance of the Three Kingdoms, then I believe he literally said "Who dares to kill me"

    Also I don't think he refused orders, he was kind of tricked into saying that. All in all, he never really showed any rebellious behaviors before that and was one of the best generals they had (remember that in those times, generals actually went out to the frontline and fought). Zhuge Liang just hated him due to the skull thing

    i am Chinese and i never heard the nickname of Boozer in China...
    In fact,many chinese fans like to call him as “屠夫”("butcher")
