    May be back in action within a few weeks. Shot in calf. Random violence. 1:30AM just got back from NO. Going to get food. Car was side-swiped. Whoever was in other car, fired shots. Treated and released already. Shouldn't miss much time.

    since he's ok, lets hope he can come back for the 2 game road trip at the end of the week.

    i'm pretty sure the rockets can manage the pistons and wolves without him.

    #1 was that it's not life threatening.

    #2 is that it's not career or even season ending.

    flesh wound is the best possible scenario. he really got lucky. depending on the severity of the wound i would say he could be back this weekend (in time for the road trip) or skip the road trip and be back next weekend.
