Stros take the early 1-0 lead in the 1st with no hits!

    Biggio Walks
    Blum HBP
Bagwell F8... Biggio advances to third.
    Kent FC 6-3... Biggio scores.

I wonder if there will ever be a game that ends 1-0 with no hits on either side? Now THAT would be something.

The Stros obviously came into this game with some sense of purpose. This game will be a great springboard to finish the season off of.

    GO STROS

MAN OH MAN!!! What a game.

hahahaha....MLB.com showing no love for Astros.

The Cards and astros had the main scene (big picture and paragraph and score) on the homepage of MLB.com

The paragraph was talking about how Williams is such an Astros Killer. Winning 8 and only losing 2. Now that its 11-0 they revmoved the astros and have the Mariners game on.

Cardinals have pulled all their starters... Jimy should follow suit pretty quick as well.

Man, I never thought I'd actually "want" Jimy to sit some guys on the bench, but why not get some bench guys some extra AB's to sharpen their bats.

BUT... whatever you do... don't let Meluskey play catcher. I don't need a 2000 flashback. I bet Mitch patented the phrase "ten-run field" so he could handle the pitching staff terribly and make loads on the royalties.

Why is the ESPN's fault? Shouldn't you be blaming the voters?
