You're completely right. I misread the article. The Reuters article I posted says they're less qualified than Venezuelan doctors. It really isn't helping the poor as much as it should. Also, please don't interpret my anti-Chavez rantings to be anti-socialized health care. I'm all for public health care in the US (dirty liberal), but not the way that Chavez is implementing it in Venezuela. It's called tyranny of the majority. You shouldn't be surprised that they're voting for a leader who gives free stuff from the public treasury. Poverty, unemployment and crime have increased under Chavez. He could be giving the poor free blowjobs for all I care, but that doesn't excuse the worsening conditions in the country, and the fact that he's a thug who jails his political opponents.
