Yeah I had mine done. It cost me about a hundred bucks. Just check around upholstery shops.

Can I ask you who you used? And where?

Did they put new cloth in or try to work with existing?

Did you ever going to an upholstery show BigSherv?

I'm selling my Land Rover and bought a new pre-cut headliner on eBay that I need to have installed. Looked at the process to do it myself, but I'm far too lazy to take it out, scrape the old padding and then install the new one.

I sold it to my sister for my nephew (took much bigger hit than that :p), and told her I'd get it fixed for him.
