Recently had a not-so-good experience with Big Star Honda which Sports Radio 610 spoke highly of - the reason I contacted Big Star Honda. Looking for recommendations for another car dealership. Thanks in advance.
Research and find out which car you want so when you go to the dealership you already know which options/packages you want to add and then you can start negotiating.
Appreciate it. That is another thing... not really sure and not particularly picky as far as make/model. If you have a suggestion, please let me know. The main thing is upgrading what I have now (if you saw it you would understand) and taking some of the wear and tear off of our other car we always use on the weekends. My care is basically, for the moment, used to go to and from work. So I figured some sort of sedan would be best since it can still be a family car and come with lower has mileage.
I wouldn't go into a dealer looking to buy without knowing exactly what you want. If you're "window shopping" sure, but not when you're ready to buy no way. Otherwise every place you go will probably be a bad experience! And when you are ready, definitely go through internet sales. Last two vehicles we bought were from Fort Bend Toyota and I'd definitely consider them again in the future. They were nice and didn't pressure us and claim to beat any deal out there, which they did for us.
Thanks. I was just looking Fort Bend Toyota earlier today and saw some cars I could see driving away with if the price is right. I saw their online chat and had videos of a few cars which I was impressed with. Def will go by there at some point.
We just bought my truck there back in January...if she's still there you might try talking to Isabel in sales. Very painless working out a good deal with her. But definitely come armed with price quotes from other dealers, cause they weren't the lowest, but again did beat the best price we had.
Honda of Spring, or formerly known as Goodson honda was always a good experience for my family. Stay away from Honda of Katy.
