Eh, doesn't surprise me that the older generation still don't know how to operate simple computer tasks. It's really pretty sad, but I don't think anyone in society really cares. They put it up to the people themselves to take computer classes if they really want to learn how to operate a computer.
The facts were... Non-English speaking people stole my parents 1984 Chevy Suburban, tried to fill it up with gasoline, and then hid it in a garage 2 miles away for 4 weeks before it was located. When we got it back it had the homemade LA Galaxy blanket in it among other things that pointed to the thieves probably being hispanic in ethnicity. This was back in like 1997... nobody even knew that MLS existed yet. Hell the first thing the cops said was "its headed to Mexico" Does that mean I assume all Mexican people will steal Suburbans and love inferior American soccer? Sorry to go back to my situation, but I would probably suspect that the people who remotely de-activated the alarms in my neighborhood were of english speaking heritage. Mexicans would have just busted out the windows and stole a radio/cds and been done with it.
