I said we would not win a championship with Capela at center.

I have backed off that slightly.

I adjusted that statement to we won't beat the Warriors with Capela playing among the top 6 most rotation minutes against them.

Injuries are a given. You have always account for them. With either Harden or Paul out we have no chance to beat the Warriors unless they have Curry/Durant out. And even then our odds are still significantly lower than with both teams healthy. Because they have 4 stars and we have two.

But injuries are a given. That was always part of the equation last year when I said that we didn't have enough. You can't move goal posts. But lamebrain people can rub into them and then make idiotic statements like you just did, that I moved the goalpost and made you run into it.

CP3 has declined so far and became even more injury prone.

 

Until we defeat the Warriors with Capela playing top 6 rotation minutes in a playoff seriesOR until we win a championship with Capela playing top 6 minutes in the rotation, I will not be embarrassed. And if that happens I'll acknowledge I slighted Capela's contribution to our winning. But not until then. I do not believe we will beat the Warriors in a playoff series without benching Capela and rubbing his minutes down with at least 6 other guys playing more minutes than he does.

I have seen enough. Capela is practically averaging 20/20 and you want him traded for what exactly? Please provides names of players that are going to play on this team so we can at least assess the value of this proposed trade. Especially, since you think the value of what Capela provides is so worthless.

So many people couldn’t see how good of a creator and passer Harden could be.
