When the smoke clears, it would be beneficial and appreciated if a new reckoning on the Cap were presented. Additionally, a run-down on any/all TEs, draft picks. Thanks...x...

They also shed Kevin Martin's long term salary commitment. Besides shedding salary, I could see us including the following: NOP 2015 #1 Rights to Sergio Llull Rights to Clint Capela Rights to Kostas Papanikolaou NYK 2015 2nd Den/Min 2015 2nd It's not enough.
Just saw Bima's tweet about the $5.4 TPE from the Asik trade. Means we could also take back Budinger. Minnesota could send out $29 million to Houston while only taking back $4.1 guaranteed.
If we were going to make a trade with Minnesota for Love, wouldn't they want some long-term contracts back? Maybe that's a flawed assumption, but it's usually stated that those non-premiere destinations that do not attract top free agents need locked in players in addition to draft picks. So this idea that the Rockets will only focus on short term contracts seems like it is based on signing someone like Love outright next summer. However, if he gets traded before then, it will likely be by a team that he has agreed to an extension with.
Ahh yes because we have the assets for that. NOP and jones and take back a couple of bad contracts...that should be enough for Kevin Love.
I'd also add that I don't think there's another team that can do anything like this for Minnesota. They may actually be able to get Stephenson (using cap space) AND one of Bledsoe or Monroe (via SnT).
