I don't watch eurobasket so that's where some of my ignorance is on his value. But, the NBA is no Euroleague and for the NBA I just don't see his upside yet Folks who watch nba thinks their players are the best, so they tend to look down on every european prospects. i don't even have to watch the euroleague and I could see how viable Garuba is on this team. Man is smart, is a good passer, good defender. Look how he is able to earn mins after being out his first season. Don't be too upset, it doesn't apply just to u, a lot of posters on here have a bias for american players over european and international players.
Yeah still don't see how that quote makes me American Elitist. I believe Giannis is the most dominant player in the league today. Luka has a chance to be the face of the league and Embiid vs Jokic was a legit two way MVP race last year. That still doesn't change my comment, euroleague is no NBA. You don't even know what that means, but you'd rather take a poster who was having a civil and fair conversation with Mathloom and turn it into something it's not just because it doesn't align with your opinions.
Its the American elitist mindset. Euroleague is no nba, proceeds to think poorly of garuba.
