Can you build a team around an injury prone big man?

    Didn't we just pound it inside to Yao during the JVG era? Even if his minutes were better managed, he was never allowed to step outside the paint, hehe...

    Until Yao and Tmac are gone or by some miracle they comeback and play the best next 40-50 games ever to win it all. Lol @ the 2nd part.

    Whether He is the primary option or not, the most important thing now is being Healthy. Yao could do what is told of him. Play the 1st option or play decoy. The problem is health and this thread is immaterial if He can not play. Get well soon big guy and come back strong.

    You can build the team around him, if you bench him the whole season. Then, you use your draft pick up a new big man to do all the work.
