"Play Me Right or Trade Me" Well, there was a trade and then the knee surgery was announced. Then the trade fell apart. He brought it upon himself. He quit on his teammates last year. Regardless of what some of you "know" and hope for the guy... He won't be T-Mac again... The only reason why he worked out hard this offseason is because he doesn't have a contract for next season. See Haynesworth, Albert...
Man how right is this...he doesn't fit anymore.... Seriously this board and the team will be much better off with him gone. DD
Sometimes the board bashes undeserving players. People bash Ariza, yet Adelman still plays him 38 minutes per game.
Meh... at least Yao will take it like a man. Problem with Yao is completely different. He has all the right skills and personality, just a body that is not meant to go through the rigors of NBA....
If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. I mean honestly, people have their own opinions, so what? Some of the more sensitive Rocket fans on here would never make it in Boston or Philly..... A fan can criticize if they want.....they can cheer if they want....fandom is personal.... DD
T-Mac apologists have already gotten past the fact that HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAD HIS DAMN MICROFRACTURE SURGERY IN THE FIRST PLACE. He self-diagnosed himself as needing it and then went diagnosis-hunting, people. I hope he comes back as good as he can be for the sake of the Rockets, but after this year, if he's not on our team, screw him, he did this to himself. His surgeries on his shoulder and knee two summers ago when we acquired Artest to make our "championship run" were by all accounts routine procedures. From what sources we have, he dropped the ball on his own rehab and showed up to camp out of shape. And then elective microfracture? And then a comeback attempt on the Rockets' dime? I used to be the biggest T-Mac fan ever but, honestly, screw him. He sounds like the kind of guy to sit in his rocking chair as an old man and blame everyone else for his own shortcomings.
