Mavs is the best of the WC, but we can beat them. IMO, Suns is the most difficult enemy of rox, we easy get into the trap and follow their rhythm.
After all these games this season, we can easily find that there is no blowout loose of rox, but several blowout wins, we can fight with every team in this league, won most decent teams and in most loose games we had the chance to win.
Rox is definitely different from last season, deeper, more stable, mentally strong and our players play with heart, confidence and enthusiasm. When our big Yao cones back, our duo keep heathy, Shane and Hayes play as always, JHO plays as these 10-15 games, Deke continues his monster shape, Rafer takes less shoots and make a better FG as this game vs Lakers, Bonzi and Slyder come back, OMG, we will win the title.

Quick, name a team in history that had as many injury missed games as we did last year.

This team is good. There is no need to claim one thing or another. This team could win it all or lose in the first round... just like every other team out there.

Well, in order for the Rockets to win the title, they'll have go through Dallas with a healthy Yao and TMac. The Mavs have been on fire all year and they are the team to beat in the West. I think the Rockets are better than the Spurs, but the Mavs and Suns are going to be tough to beat in the playoffs.

Well since the question was can we win a championship, of course the answer is YES, we can win one.

If you asked will we win it all, then I'm not so sure. We still need to get healthy.

We have the ability and strength to win it all. If we keep the current tenacity along, few team would want to face us in the playoffs. Plus, there's no major whole in the lineup. Very few team can say these at the moment. Best Rockets team for a decade without doubt. Keep it going is good enough.

We can! If Howard and Deke are outstanding in the playoffs, if T-Mac and Yao are playing on a MVP level and if Head dunks like he never dunked before .... :D

If Tmac can hit his free throw.
If Alston can hit his open 3s.
If Yao can rebound like Deke.
If role players play like they played right now.
    If Jeff.....

    Yes I belive.

    Go Rockets

I think we have a nice shot if everyone stays healthy. I'd say the one team we want to avoid in WC is the Suns. Their full out run and gun style could negate Yao's defensive presence. They also have some mismatches w/ Diaw/Marion for us.

We match up well against the Spurs and Mavs (assuming they don't get the flop calls). X-factors in those two series will be Ginobili and Howard.
