When do we get the Knicks second round pick for the Moochie, Vin Baker, for MO T and a future 2nd round pick from a couple of years ago?

Im giving up Draft pick #25, Sura's contract, Head, Howard, and MLE (if we can) to get a starting PG and PF to improve our offense on a consistent basis. I'm moving Chuck and Rafer to the bench.
