i think the a good chunk of this board have fallen in love with budinger. so your the minority and your thread is not gonna be rated nicely
He slid into the 40's for a reason, other teams must not have been that high on him and a few summer league games aren't going to all of a sudden change their minds to the point where you will get a tremendous offer for him. Keep him and see how he fits in is my opinion.
Of course it's possible. What's all this talk about being in a different position and doing whatever they could to improve the team last year? Of course Morey's going to do whatever he can to improve the team this year. He's said as much. Is anyone even listening to what he's saying? He's actively looking for a trade opportunity. If the right deal arises, of course he'd deal Budinger. And if it doesn't, it looks at this very early stage like he could play a key role for the Rockets for years to come. Of course, this is just summer league, so who knows? It also seems ridiculous to say, "yeah, he should do it! Trade Budinger!" before you know who the Rockets would be getting in return. It all depends on the deal as to whether it's a good thing or not. No player should be thought of as untradeable. Maybe the deal that would make trading a particular player worthwhile is highly unlikely, but that doesn't mean he's untradeable.
