Man, I can't wait. Sac vs. Houston is always one of my favorite matchups (at least since we got the new team). So damn close in every way... This is going to be a fast-paced game, no matter who wins. I watched MO play with Webber, when he was with the clippers and he slows him down in the low post.I think it's a great challenge for Mo in the boards! ------------------ Rudy T. will find and fulfill Rockets destiny.
My $ is on KT to be our surprise big man. Rudy will alternate KT and Mo against CW, throwing guards at him in dull periods. Chris will expect to play against Mo, and he will (rightly) expect to have open lanes. That will not happen. Kenny will have a big night. He will not play CW close, he will play on JWs passing lanes. I also expect Mooch to help greatly in this... (this is a way to REALLY beat them - I expect Rudy to notice it) When they notice what's going on, just move Matt in to shoot treys - to throw them off again.... Rotate. The good thing is that Steve doesn't have to defend Jason too hard. NOT defending him will either draw him out (where Steve puts up light defense) or get him overconfident - either way, Jason shoots poorly. Steve will basically be left free to clean up the mess... Now, if Hakeem can handle Divac - a BIG 'IF' - then we're set to win this one. I wish we still had Collier to throw at him. 6 Fouls... Priceless. Needless to say, I hope Rudy comes up with something Completely Different... Also, something that isn't illegal... (Watch it, Rudy)... There'll be alot of illegal D's in this game.
