I feel like I'm starting to reach but... Troy Palamalu?? John Lynch?? I think Richard Sherman will eventually be in te mix.
Are you saying if his career ended today? On his current track he could be sitting at a much smaller table than that.
Revis Island has to be on there above Sherman. Hell, for their body of work up to Sherman's current age, Scrabbles is still above him.
"Vaminos, amigos", he whispered and threw the busted leather flintcraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.
Crazy thought. If JJ Watt sacked Romo on that long TD pass where he spun out and hit Williams on a go route, would he be the MVP leader? JJ 18.5 sacks Texans-9-6 record.
Probably not. Rodgers 36td with only 5 int and possible #1 seed would carry more weight to the voters.
The only real pressure would come if he gets 20 sacks and the Texans make the playoffs. I really hope he destroys Bortles for 3 sacks.
Here is a little something I researched. If JJ Watt does what he did to Blake Bortles when he faced the Jags the first time this season (3.0 sacks), he will become the ONLY player in history to have multiple 20.0+ sack seasons on their resume.
Remember Ashley Fox was the only one that didn't vote for Watt in 2012? She voted for Miller and said he played at Mizzou in college. If Watt doesn't win unanimously this year, the people that are allowed to vote should change.
