I gave a loud cheer when they lost. 22 game winning streak still safe

22 in a row is still 2nd best all time in the history of the league! Franchise record and we remain 2nd best of all time!

    Woot!

Although I'm happy the Clippers didn't break the record, you have to give it up to the team for their recent run. This is an amazing feat no matter how you look at it. Keep an eye out on the Clips...they're gonna go far this season. Maybe not WC Finals far, but pretty damn far for such a young, up-and-coming team.

The Clippers have crazy depth. And will have more depth, once Grant Hill and Chauncey Billups get released from the old folks' home.

I still would like to see CP3 bolt for Atlanta next year (we ain't getting him, you know?) and take DH12 along for the ride. Leave both LA teams a shell of their former selves. And Eric Bledsoe's gowanns to get paid in a year or two, and he'll make too much for a backup.

But in the meantime, the Clips are fun to watch this year, no 'bout a-doubt it.

Oh: and I'm glad they didn't break our streak of 22 wins. :)

I just don't see CP3 leaving LA. The guy even has an alter-ego now because of being in LA. I don't think we would see Cliff Paul had he been anywhere else. You have Blake Griffin who is really improving, DeAndre is improving, and a deep bench. Go to Atlanta for what? To waste a season while the team tries to build up again? The Clips are close enough now to where I doubt he leaves. Sterling finally spent money.

Of course, it would have been better for the Clippers to win last night, for seeding purposes. I was rooting for them.

I think the win streak, which was great and impressive, was ultimately what destroyed any chance of them getting past Utah in the first round. T-Mac was wearing down, Rafer was hurt (I know it sounds ridiculous but he was important), Dikembe was hurt, as was Battier. I think the streak took on a life of its own and the team gave it their all to keep it going.

oh yeah, Vinny Del Negro told his team,

    hey team,
we got to pass the rocket's 22 game winning streak, cause that's our goal this season, to piss off the rockets fanbase or the rockets
nevermind the LAKERS hold the longest winning streak
nevermind we're in LA and we're contenders this year

oh yeah, this is like going undefeated like them miami dophins of the 70s

I was hoping they'll win today for two reasons:

    1. GSW
    2. Their owner's son passed away - would be nice to get a W

Impressive run. Congrats to the Clippers and I'm sure their fans loved every game of that streak.
