maybe steve kerr's system is the problem. go back to the mark jackson style of putting the ball in currys hands and running pick and roll. Maybe he needs less motion offense( because the dubs shooters suck) and make curry the primary ball handler. But of course curry wouldnt last 10 games playing that way
No. At least I’m not. It’s about which team minus the star is better. The 14-15 Rockets that went to the WCF or the 21 Warriors.
if y'all like analytics so much check out warriors lineups without Wiseman(which they develop in this season since Klay is not playing)
Perhaps Harden actually makes his teammates better offensive players and that effects the conclusion you’re talking about and making in this thread?
No. I am talking about if he weren't on the court. I said the comparison is minus the star player from each side. If you are going to say that it effects the stats I presented well then, what metric is not at least somewhat dependent on the players another person is playing with?
What the hell happened to the Warriors last night? Curry needs to run the point, control the tempo and stop rushing to get points. Be like Luka and use your teammates.
That requires you being great at setting everyone up and being durable enough to handle that load. 0-2 for Curry.
That excuse doesnt cut it, any coach can use that. Honestly, that team better off with MDA that's going to give him the slow it down control the pace green light.
I didn't watch the game. Boxscore shows that Curry only took 18 shots (9 from distance) and 4 free throws. Looks like the defense was focusing on getting the ball out of his hands and his teammates missed a ton of shots. We've seen that story a few times with Harden's Rockets.
