?

Can he be Drexler?

  1. Yes, and Lin = Terry Porter and Parsons = Cliff Robinson

Clyde went to 3 NBA Finals, 2 of them he was the best player on the team.

You know which one where he was not the best player on the team.
    I hope you do.

I don't think there's that much similarity in their playing style. It's been a long time since I've seen Drexler games though.

Drexler took it to the basket, he didn't jack up 3s on fast breaks (like other scorers)

Drexler was a very different type of shooting guard than Harden.

Drexler was a dunker and more of a mid range player. Harden is a 3 point shooter and penetrate to the basic draw the foul type.

Harden doesn't need to be the next Clyde. He just needs to be the best at what he does.

Only if Clyde had a beard.

Seriously, Drexler was way more athletic than Harden. But Harden is a better shooter and is more crafty.

Dunking is driving to the hoop. Also Drexler was great in transition like Harden.

    Harden is underrated for athleticism.

You don't need to say "prime", but you better add "as a player". We don't need no Hardenisms.

Clyde was a much more explosive athlete than James, but also was less deceptive and less skilled of a shooter (jumpers and at the FT line as well). So, I think their games are pretty different.

Can Harden become as good as Clyde in the future though? Maybe, but if so, he won't do it in the same ways.

I hope so I want James to be the next Rocket legend and have his jersey retired along the other greats. ( Olajuwon, Drexler, Rudy T, CD , Moses , Yao , And Murphy.)

    I sure hope not.

Drexler's commentating is horrible, I'm James Harden is okay if big guys lay it up once in a while.

Agree, Drexler is more in the air than Harden does.

I don't know if he can be as good as Portland Drexler but he's still young and developing.

Yeah, I do. But I'd rather have a 'ship come back to Houston. Also Harden has been to 1 nba finals and lost, where he was not the best, or arguably 2nd best player on the team. So I guess we're both on opposites here (if you know what I mean)

No the rockets already annouced that they will retire Yaos jersey. None of Tracys old teams have said they will retire his.
