why would you need 94%? Free throws = best shot available even if you are average. Not to mention how much time it saves.

we are probably talking about different things because i really don't know what you are saying. If you are going to foul a scorer whenever he touches the ball, you are going to lose every game unless that player is a horrific free throw shooter.
