Thanks, I'll have to give that a try. I have an N network. Do both have to be Vista ultimate?

it's tricky if they aren't. my desktop was Vista Bussiness, i had problems getting it off the ground (without third party software, beyondTV is a good third party software but it's expensive) so I just formatted and used my laptop key on both my desktop and laptop. Apparently windows has gone back to purging the keys once every 90 days. The funny thing is if you call in, 9/10 if you say it's a fresh install they believe you and give you an activation code anyways. LOLz

i think what the OP is asking for is for cable tv w/o internet, and the answer to that is OLD SCHOOL...tv card

I used to hook up my cable to my tv card on my desktop...back in 2000.

Internet wise, www.myp2p.eu is a great website to watch Rox games if you no longer live in an area that will cover it...you just have to get used to the Chinese-speaking sportscasters and random commercials of Shane Battier's shoe line.
