Can I get some advice on how to tell a lady that you are interested in her?

Had this same problem with a girl I worked with. She was the onewhowould give you one fo those smiles that just mad your heart jump. I couldn't tell if we were just casually flirting or if we could be serious. So I had this big elaborate plan to have flowers delivered on her birthday with a secret admirer type note. To make a long story short, I spent that entire day on the phone with the flower people who couldn't find our location. Flowers never showed, next day I just asked her out. She said she was interested and would call me. That Saturday she was supposed to call, she completley stood me up. Next day at work she apologized but kind of half heartedly. And that's why I moved 1500 miles north. Nah just jokng there. But I have no regrets, at least this way I knew and would never have to wonder what if.

The best way to get her alone (or as alone as possible) would be to ask her to have lunch with you on campus. You go to one of the eateries...get your food and sit outside at a table or a bench or wherever...and once she has finshed her meal and you guys have a break in the conversation...just say:

"I have something I want to tell you."

She'll ask you what it is...then you say something like:

"We've been friends for a while now, and I really value your friendship. I've debated whether or not to tell you this, but I think you're really great and I have feelings for you deeper than friendship. If you don't feel the same way about me that's ok. I just wanted to let you know and don't want to ruin our friendship."

Just see where it goes, buddy. Let us know...we're rooting for you. When you do this...just think of the enitre BBS as your cheering section. That'll make it easier.

 

that is alot like i did it with my girlfriend.it works. if she likes you you will be verry happy and you have her,if she doesn't like yoiu atleast you know how she feels about you and you can try to see also just as friends and look for other girls, atleast you wil know, if you keep waiting maybe you wil wait to long.

Some jackass wrote a song and sang it to a girl who was his friend while they were at a party filled with drunk people everywhere. She was mortified, remember, don't make it a spectacle. But, that doesn't mean you can't be romantic about man. Think of a way to get her alone at night in a nice place like a park. Something innocent like, "do you wanna take a walk with me," after you do something like grabbing dinner or watching a movie.
