I don’t think we renounce his rights. I don’t think their is a point to that. If anything I think we can do a sign and trade. I heard the Heat are trying to move Whiteside and Waiters right now. We could possibly trade Capela for those two. We could also trade him to a team like the Hawks, seen a rumor saying we could trade him to SA for Kawhi now, could move him to Cleveland as well for Love and Korver. Looking at the West and the rosters currently I just don’t see a team we would realistically trade him to. It would have to be the East. Spurs could work just cause it’s Kawhi and salaries could potentially match.
If we get Len dirt cheap, he’s a great roll man and decent rim protector. He made a huge stride last year. Considering Phoenix’s horrible track record for player development, I would say he’s not a bust yet.
