he has one, he just uses it when he thinks its worth it. guaranteed you're gonna see the good version of melo in houston
has already been posted in its own thread, I just needed an excuse to bump this thread https://fivethirtyeight.com/features/the-rockets-are-melos-best-last-hope/ photographic evidence that CP3 is already teaching Melo how to have heart
Why did Morey assemble a roster full of guys (stars anyways) with no heart? Morey is a horrible GM. @Os Trigonum
Likely a TD looking at replay- Melo signing with Rockets over Lakers and Heat already told me what type of person he is. He chose the heart to win, than his brain for glamour and money (Lakers or Heat probaly offer more than minimum).
you must be pretty new to clutchfans. welcome! i've made numerous threads about going to games and meeting up other CF members who can all vouch for me. i've also made threads trying to meet people up when i travel to road games too.
I wasn't sure if this was just a sarcastic thread or not. My answer is no. People either have heart or they don't. The desire and passion comes from within, and not from others.
I'm pretty sure he realizes he will have a reduced role on our team. I suspect a lot of the reason we never could sign any superstar forward free agents is that they know James controls the ball, and will always take the most shots. Stars do have egos, and don't want a diminished role if they can choose elsewhere. Maybe that's why it was futile trying to get DeAndre Jordan, Durant, or LeBron on this team. Just looking at last season, James took twice as many shots as our forwards, regardless of whether his shots were off or not, and regardless of whether someone was on fire hitting 3's. James averaged 20 shots a game while Trevor averaged less than 10 and Luc and PJ averaged less than 6 shots a game. I am sure Melo knows that is just the role of being a forward on our team when Harden controls the ball, and isn't coming here with blind ambitions. Who knows, maybe he will get the ball a lot more than our guys did last year. That would be great, especially if he is hitting some wide open 3's.
