True Mexicans? LOL. That phrase in itself is an oxymoron since mexican comes from latin "mestizo" or mixed race. So the mexican/hispanic/central american/ southamerican race comes from mixing europeans (mostly spanish but some italian and I think french in some niches) with maya, aztec and inca tribes. Just a little history lesson there, maestro! :p

I didn't mean for my comment of "true mexicans" to be offensive...i was joking because that idiot I was with was from Mexico and I was just joking that I am staying away from them...just a stupid generalization. =)

My parents are from Mexico so I wouldn't say anything offensive about mexicans including my parents!

    Sorry!

Your comment was spot on. These hyper sensative ninnies fail to realize the cultural differences between Mexicans (from mexico) and thier US culturally bastardized counterparts. People who get offended by your statment are usually US born mexican americans who operate in a cultural no-mans land. So they come up with that tired pre-colombian excuse regarding who mexicans really are?

    That's why I'm SwoLlen D... get it? :p
Hey, man, I'm your resident pissed off Mexican looking for grammar mistakes!
    You bastards!

Lady_Di, I agree that MOST of the Mexico-born "true Mexicans" living in the "United States" give the rest of us a bad name, like your X. Not a problem... just don't OVER-freakin'-hyper-sterotype-generalize it and believe we're ALL like that. That's overboard. I hate your EX as well.

I'm a true MEXICAN because I was born in the country that is now MEXICO. I didn't say I was "pure", percicles, but I know what you're talking about... the seizing of the Mexican area by the gabachos[/i].

Takes one to know one, bladeage... I wonder where you learned to speak like that...
