Salary cap is a fact of life, DaDa. Overpaying the people on your roster hinders a team's ability to improve itself, unless your owner is Mark Cuban. Difficult to attract talent when all you have is the MLE and players no one wants because they're overpaid. I like Camby, but he's not going to put us over the top either. Until we're down to one missing piece, we can't afford to ignore salaries.
I doubt that Mr. Glass Man would get a $60,000,000 contract anywhere. MLE for five years? There could be takers.
