Cam was a very good rebounder in college + was excellent as a rook with 11 REB% but has regressed slightly to 9.7 due to sporadic playing time this season. For comparison Alp hass near elite REB% of 17.9 (Joker is elite with 19.2 REB%) + Dillon has a low (for a forward) 6.5 REB%.
Can stinks. Really don’t like his game. He is Michael Beasley but at least Beasley was a consistent bucket getter.
no he didn’t. He had a great first half of his rookie year but played quite poorly from there thru summer league and pre season into the beginning of this season.
You are right Reed's 30% FG has nothing to do with his lack of PT. Udoka just hates him just like Jeremy Lin and Candace Parker.
Nah… Reed Shepherd is REAL trash. Can is the youngest player on the team and needs his skill set harvested. He’ll be good to great. Reed Shepherd on the other hand is a bonafide BUST.
I like Bari at the 5 when we trying to stretch the floor and open the paint… wish he would of played Adams vs Utah against double big lineups Adams and Bari would work pretty well I would think - long as JG is in lineup
He singlehandedly beat Kansas in college when he was at Kansas State and ended their long losing streak to them. He was one of just many guys that had such unbelievable potential but nothing between the ears.
In no world J. Tate should get more minutes over Cam Whitmore...I cringe every time J. Tate shoots the ball...smh
Funny thing about Beasley is his year at Kansas St was one year after KD's at UT. After about game 10, I watched all of KD's games at UT. The following year, it seems like every single Kansas St game was shown locally here in Houston and I adopted Beasley like KD. He was a dominant monster that one year, way beyond KD. I didn't notice any personality issues and thought he would be a superstar in the NBA. IIRC, Pat Riley harshly called him out publicly before the draft, which is when I began to have doubts. The Heat selected him anyway.
