It's pretty shocking how you disregard the U.S. legal system.

I think we have all learned from this thread that even if a man is found "not guilty" we need to still consider him guilty as well as complain about him possibly returning to the job that he did better than the current guy is doing it.

    No doubt he could shot....

He could shot you into a game and he could shot you out of a game....

About 3/4 of the guys were too young to see him play or in your words tinman.. They only jumped on board when Yao or T-Mac came to the team...

Calvin's commendation is just way more entertaining than others. I’m all for him to get back to his old post.

So basically no one has mentioned Calvin getting a job with the Rockets other than himself? I'll believe it when it happens.

Calvin Murphy threads are like the black jersey, Steve Francis, and In N Out threads. Lots of back and forth about nothing.

I'd love to have Calvin back alongside Bill, but FSN shouldn't wait for Calvin to get rid of Clyde now. He is awful, and it's embarrassing for Houston that people from other parts of the country who have league pass have to listen to him.

Well he may not officially be back with the Rockets organization yet but he was at the game last night.

    No coincidence.

Surely Calvin has been to more than last night's game this season. This is just the first one where it was "allowed" to seek him out with the camera and comment on a "Calvin Murphy sighting". Funny, how right after he announces that he will be in the organization's plans on the radio, he gets "sighted" at a game. Maybe I'm totally off base, but it just seems too connected to me. ;)

I was at the game last night. Calvin was there providing a pre-game report to Carl Dukes show on 97.5. He called in around 6:30 or so to the show.

He did seem to have free reign to walk wherever he wanted at Toyota Center...I don't know if that's b/c he's a Rockets legend or because he is actually working for them in some capacity.

For what it's worth, he was nice and stopped to sign autographs with folks sitting in and around my row.

He probably had a media credential to cover the game for 97.5.

I always thought Calvin was entertaining and brought the game to life even when it was slow. I don't have a problem with Bullard but he doesn't have the same energy. Clyde provides little to no analysis and is pretty much altogether brutal but sometimes you get little nuggets of gold like "clubbing baby seals."
