There is still a chance but very slim. We have to win Game 2 and then steal one at their home which is going to be very hard. Very slim chance but yes possible. We would need to be clicking on all cylinders, our stars and role players. The problem is that doing it for 4 in 6 games against a star loaded team like Warriors is pretty much impossible. Their stars players have a much higher chance of going off against our 2 star players + role players. That's why they are stars/All-stars.
if we lose game 2, the series is 100% over. If we win game 2 and we end up winning, it will be in at least 7. Either way, it's gonna be a long road.
I cant believe the overreactions here after one loss. Majority of the mistakes we made are all fixable so with a few right adjustments we will be ok. Harden, Chris and Clint were all good so we fix a few different issues on both ends and we will be right there.
Look every champion has to overcome adversity. Chris and James and the team will have to do that in order to develop into champions. They can and they will.
We were always going to lose at least a game. Probably a few. It doesn’t matter that it was the first one. Get game 2 and keep playing. You never know.
This series is over, you can be calm about it all you want but at some point you will see reality. The rockets offense isn't good enough, their defense isn't good enough. I'm still going to watch the games but I feel the same way now that I felt after game five vs the spurs last year.
